Job Description
On-site food services manager position. Evaluate daily operations; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; set staff work schedules; determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; conduct performance reviews; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service; prepare and submit reports; plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses; hire and oversee training and supervision of staff; plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; participate in staff meetings; establish operational procedures.
